Beta Toggle Page

The Dreamwidth Beta page will let you switch back and forth between regular site function (beta test is OFF) and beta features (beta test is ON). This page was rolled out in the 2011-03-29 code push.

Changes and Issues

Known Issues has a list of issues the site knows about.

The code status page keeps a list of changelog checkins, aka patches that have been applied to the codebase, along with whether or not they're "live" on the current site yet. This way, if you're reporting a bug, you can see whether or not there's any patches that have been checked into the source tree, but aren't yet live on the site, that might affect or fix that bug.

Note the "Beta tester mode" patches in particular.

Code tours go through recently added items and explain what they do.

Importing

This page will let you start an import job. Now with community imports!

Styles

Please see [info]dw_styles for the latest and greatest news on all official matters stylish.

You can also make an ad hoc style from [info]ivorygates' tutorial or [info]phoenix's tutorial.

Example Content

These communities and users helped provide initial testing when the site was in very early beta, on the beta servers that had no backup. Thank you for your contributions and time.
