-Recent answers from Denise make me think that this part is no longer completely true: requests for invite codes of any size, from large numbers of invite codes for things like moving an RP to Dreamwidth to "can I have a few more invites for my friends".
-If someone wants invites for their friends, we're told to say that invites are given when the site can support more free accounts, redirect them to dw_codesharing, and explain you don't need an invite if you buy a paid account.
