This is the Operating Agreement that Dreamwidth Studios, LLC operates under -- aka the legal document that governs the forming of the company. We post it here for reference only (with our personal information redacted), for the community to peruse. Dreamwidth Studios, LLC is a Maryland-registered limited liability company.
The file itself is a Microsoft Word document (lame, I know, but it's what "business" wants) and should be openable by any recent copy of Word. When I can be arsed, I'll Wikify the syntax.
