Done now. Ended up doing it partially by priority, and partially from easy to hard. I also reworded almost everything. I wanted to make very action-y, but also inviting and simple to jump right it. --Echan 21:32, 10 April 2009 (UTC)

http://wiki.dwscoalition.org/notes/Change_config-local.pl_to_fix_DBINFO needs to be renamed to http://wiki.dwscoalition.org/notes/Change_config-private.pl_to_fix_DBINFO

DBINFO is not in config-local.
