Database Table: talkleft xfp

Historic. Global. Stores a user's posts on other clusters, when either 1) that user isn't clustered themselves yet, or 2) we're doing a mass conversion (moveucluster.pl) and don't want to look it up. A maintenance task (clean_caches) moves data from here to talkleft on clusters.

Note: before blowing this away, first check to make sure that clean_caches no longer tries to access this database.
