Installation Wanted How-To

These are installation topics that could possibly use some instructions for; some might already have good instructions existing, but not on the wiki or readily apparent.

• Set up Fotobuilder. Base instructions are here, but they should be double checked and vetted and worked into our documentation.

• Set up subdomains for journals
• Set up nicer URLs for things like memories and profiles
• Set up SSL enabled pages
• Enable or disable S1 or S2 styles
• Add a community to the list of Starter friends
• Because the static documentation will be removed, there will need to be instructions on documentation generation on your server.
• How to remove/add styles to the system
• How to set up the Jabber system
• How to generate the documentation, since the static files are being removed
