Rough first draft of an idea for how the structure of our FAQ might look. Headings are proposed FAQ categories, bullet points are individual FAQs, bold FAQs are ones that are probably important enough to prioritise working on first.
For now, I've just put in a few FAQs, to give an indication of the sort of thing I'm envisioning in each category. Feel free to add more. Also feel free to comment (eg, this should be two FAQs, this is important enough that it should be a priority, we're going to need this category as well, etc.) since this is just at first draft stage at the moment!
